Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Payment
- All bookings must be made through the online registration form provided on the official seminar landing page.
- After submission, an invoice will be generated and sent to the provided email address.
- Bookings are confirmed only once payment of the invoice is received in full.
- Limited seating is available, and spots are secured on a first-paid, first-confirmed basis.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- For Early Bird Ticket Holders
- Early bird tickets are offered at a discounted rate and are non-refundable.
- However, early bird tickets are transferable up to 48 hours before the event.
- For Full-Price Ticket Holders
- Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the seminar will receive an 80% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before the seminar are non-refundable.
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
3. Ticket Transfers
- Tickets are transferable up to 48 hours before the event.
- You must notify us in writing of any name changes for attendees.
- Transfers are not allowed after this period.
4. Seminar Rescheduling or Cancellation by Organizers
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the seminar.
- Attendees will be given the option of a full refund or to transfer their booking to a rescheduled date.
- We are not liable for any other costs incurred (such as travel or accommodation).
5. Health & Safety
- Attendees are expected to take responsibility for their own health and safety during the seminar.
- Any health conditions or accessibility needs should be communicated in advance so we can provide reasonable support.
- Attendees are responsible for any damages they may cause to venue property or seminar equipment.
- If equipment or property is damaged through negligence or misuse, attendees may be held liable for replacement or repair costs.
6. Photography & Media
- Photographs and video footage may be taken during the seminar for marketing purposes.
- If you do not wish to appear in any media, please inform us before the event.
7. Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind the value of the Business Samurai Seminar. If, by the end of the event, you believe that the seminar has not delivered meaningful insights or practical strategies that you can apply to increase the value of your business, you may request a full refund.
To be eligible, the following conditions must be met:
- You must have attended the full seminar.
- You must make your refund request in person before leaving the seminar venue.
- You must provide clear and specific feedback on why the seminar did not meet your expectations.
Refunds will not be processed after the event has concluded and attendees have left the venue.
